ART TEACHER

STAGE SET DESIGN & COSTUMES

I enjoy making and designing costumes through whole school drama productions. I particularly loved working on the production for the The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe at St Saviour's and St Olaves School, London. This was a very special experience as a teacher for me for many reasons. It is wonderful to be a part of something so positive and creative working with other colleagues, young people and their parents to make everything come together! I loved working within the school community on this production, from helping students with their designs for the costumes on paper to working with teams of pupils after school to make their designs a reality.
